Anthony Geary, who played Luke Spencer on General Hospital, died at the age of 78 due to complications from surgery.  Geary appeared in 1,997 episodes of General Hospital and was nominated for 17 Daytime Emmy Awards, and won 8.  The Luke and Laura wedding episode brought in 30 million viewers.  Geary left the show in 1983 but returned in 1991 as his look-alike cousin and remained a regular until 2015.

CBS will air the second part of the "Everybody Loves Raymond" 30th Anniversary Reunion special on December 22nd. The special will include never-before-seen footage, pre-taped interviews, classic clips, and outtakes.
