Apple TV announced the premiere date for the fourth season of Ted Lasso: August 5, with new episodes dropping every Wednesday through October 7.
This is from ScreenRant. They’re reporting that a Michael Jackson biopic sequel is moving forward. The first film earned $217 million worldwide during its opening weekend. Filming on the sequel is expected to begin in 2026 or 2027.
Speaking of Jackson, The National Enquirer says Michael Jackson's iconic white glove, his Billie Jean fedora, and his moonwalk loafers are going to be auctioned off with bids starting at $7,500.
Other movie stuff: Variety magazine says “The Devil Wears Prada 2” is expected to earn 80 million in North America when it opens this weekend, and International sales could add another $100 million. Meryl Streep says she asked for . . . and received . . . double her original salary for "The Devil Wears Prada 2".
Page Six says Ving Rhames collapsed at an LA restaurant and was taken to the hospital. Rhames’ rep told TMZ that he "overheated" and is in stable condition.
