Pearl Jam announced their first major show since the departure of drummer Matt Cameron last year. The band will headline the third night of the 2026 Ohana festival, which is September 25-27th in Dana Point, California.  Eddie Vedder & Friends will perform on the first night.  As for who will be behind the kit?  Pearl Jam is still in the process of finding their next drummer.  

The Who wrapped up their farewell tour last year.  Now, Roger Daltrey is hitting the road, and he says this solo tour may be his last.  The tour has one Pennsylvania date:  That’s September 25th in Bensalem.  Presale is underway now, and tickets for the general public go on sale Friday.  

Gene Simmons has put together a three-day Legends of Rock Expo in Las Vegas this September, featuring members of KISS, Black Sabbath, The Police, The Kinks, and more. The three-day event will take place September 25th-27th at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, with ticket prices ranging from $249 for a premium weekend pass to $2,795 for a Black Diamond VIP pass. 

Drummer Nicko McBrain has a memoir on the way.  It’s called “Hello Boys and Girls!” and it’s set to be released on October 22nd.  It will cover his life in Iron Maiden and his early career with other bands.  McBrain remains an official member of Iron Maiden despite stepping away from touring in 2024. Maiden will kick off the “Run for your Lives” tour in August.  

Ashton Kutcher revealed he plans to record a country music album.  He says, "I don't care if anybody listens to it – and they probably won't, and I'm Ok with that.”

The Michael Jackson biopic has been good for sales.  Two of his albums, “Thriller” and “Number Ones” are back in the top ten on the latest Billboard 200 chart. 

Finally, Queen Latifah joins “The Voice” as a coach for Season 30.
